Directions Remove the protective cap. Check that the nozzle is attached. Hold the can at any angle and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Once the first nostril is clean and clear, repeat with the other nostril. To Moisture: Press briefly (1-2 seconds), allow a short time to take effect. Clear the nose by blowing gently. To Irrigate: Tilt head to one side, insert nozzle, press and hold until fluid runs out of the nose. Hygiene: Remove nozzle after use and clean with soapy water, rinse and dry. Nozzle is safe to remove.
