Directions ADULTS Swallow one capsule whole with a glass of water with ( with or without food) The cream should only be used externally. Apply thinly and evenly over the affected area 2 or 3 times daily and rub gently. Treatment should be continued until the symptoms disappear, or up to 1 week in women and up to 2 weeks in men
