Acceptance of orders

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Subject to any further validation checks that we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between you and Lifepharmacy.co.uk.

When your order contains a pharmacy medicine (identified on this site by a [P] symbol) your order will be subject to review by a Lifepharmacy.co.uk pharmacist. Subject to this pharmacist`s approval, sale of these medicines will then be made by Lifepharmacy.co.uk. All our pharmacists are registered and are members of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Lifepharmacy.co.uk reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Inventory is not always live up-to-date on our website as our stock always fluctuates throughout the day. So an order placed overnight, the stock may not be available the following day as someone else may have ordered the product beforehand. If a product is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to inform you and offer other possibly alternatives or a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may also submit your date of birth and the value of your order to certain credit reference agencies. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by credit reference agencies for future validation enquiries by other companies. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All offers on this site are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. 

All orders to Channel Islands Isle of Man Isle of White Isles of Scilly Highlands and Islands Northern Ireland Shetland Islands BFPO Addresses will incur an additional cost.

Non UK Orders

Supply of medicines to other countries is at the sole discretion of Lifepharmacy.co.uk. We cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the USA or Canada due to USA Customs and FDA regulations. This may result in delay or non-delivery of your order. Lifepharmacy.co.uk cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in instances where your order is seized by US customs, Lifepharmacy.co.uk will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Lifepharmacy.co.uk or Healthcare Concepts Limited, and further that in the event of US customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be borne by you in full.

VAT and Duties

EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 20%). Non-EU/exempt pays the exclusive price. Following any border controls, the relevant authorities in your country may impose duties/taxes on products purchased. Any costs arising from the border control policies employed by your country are directly attributable to you.  Lifepharmacy.co.uk assumes any responsibility in these circumstances and all costs shall be borne by you.
