ADULTS
One capsule daily, preferably in the morning. If symptoms have not improved after four weeks, consult a doctor. May be taken for periods up to 12 weeks. For longer term use consult an doctor.

Also contains arachis (peanut) oil.
Not recommended for children under 12 years. Do not use in hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria,haemochromatosis; iron overload, syndrome, hypervitaminosis A or D concomitant retinoid or vitamin D therapy, renal insufficiency and pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
