Delivery Charges
For your benefit, LifePharmacy.co.uk and Healthcare Concepts Limited operates a transparent, easy to understand delivery charge structure. United Kingdom Mainland
There is a small delivery charge of £2.95 on all orders (up to 1 kg in weight), with free delivery on orders over £60(up to 1 Kg in weight). If the total weight is over 1 Kg our customer service team will contact you of the cost before dispatching and ask your permission before proceeding. Individual heavy items over 1Kg will be charged at the time of purchase a delivery charge of £5.99 for the complete order.
For some orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore/Scottish Isles may occur additional postage charge if item is over 1Kg such as Omron Nebulisers, Vega Meal Replacement Powder, Humidifiers, etc which our customer service team will contact you.
We strive to deliver orders within 1 to 4 working days subject to availability of your ordered products. However, Royal Mail may sometimes take longer than expected to deliver orders, which could be due to backlog of deliveries in your local depot office. Orders that are not delivered by Royal Mail, claim can only be done after 15 workings day when the order was dispatched. Orders placed after 12pm and weekends and holidays should be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).
NHS & private prescriptions are delivered free of charge.
For security all orders will require a signature on delivery. You need to ensure that someone approved by you is able to sign for the delivery.
Next Day Delivery
There is a small next day additional delivery charge of £2.50 on all orders up to 1kg in weight.
Your order must be placed before 12:00pm and is subject to availability of your ordered products. If we have available stock, it will be sent that day by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All Next Day Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. It is your sole responsibility to be available for receipt of deliveries. The Next Day Delivery does not apply to weekends and bank holidays; therefore if an order is placed on Friday for Next Day Delivery, it will be delivered on the next working day.
You will be contacted by our customer service team if stock is unavailable at the time of ordering. You will also be contacted if the order placed is over 1kg and outside mainland U.K.
International Deliveries
Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the U.K. (including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, & British Forces Post Offices) are charged at £8.50 regardless of order value but below 1kg. If the total weight is over 1 Kg our customer service team will contact you of the cost before dispatching and ask your permission before proceeding. Delivery is usually 3-6 days. If the order is placed using google checkout then our customercare team will contact you to collect the additional postage.
If payment is made thorough GoogleCheckout and we need to deliver to the following locations then we will contact you to collect additional postage.

We cannot send any Aerosols goods over 50ml to International orders.

USA & Rest of the World
Delivery to regions outside of Europe is charged at £15 regardless of order value and usually takes 5-10 days. This excludes items weighing over 1kg. We will email you the cost of shipping if the order weighs over 1kg.All prices shown online include V.A.T. At checkout VAT (20%) will be deducted where applicable.
We cannot guarantee timely supply of any medicines for all international deliveries due to international customs and FDA regulations, which may delay your order. If the item has left UK postal service and is being held up by the Customs and FDA regulations or the Postal Service of the delivery address, we are not responsible for the held up and the possibility of the item not being delivered.

Re-delivery of Goods
Your order will be sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or by City-Link Courier Service. If you are not at the delivery address to collect your order, a delivery card will be left; providing you with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or where to collect your order if you wish to collect from the depot.
Please note that for a re-delivery of a package if you are not present to collect your order after two attempts made, there will be an additional postage charge, which we will inform you.
If you choose not to pay any additional postage charge for re-delivery of goods or wish to cancel your order after dispatch, there will be a 15% administration charge in addition to postage and packaging.
Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address. If failing to do so, your order may get lost and LifePharmacy.co.uk is not responsible. Also, if providing incorrect delivery address and your order is sent and then is returned, we will contact you for re-delivery or refund. Please note that if you request for a refund after your order was sent to the wrong address based on the incorrect delivery address provided, postage costs will not be refund and there will be a 15% admin fee.
Returning an Item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return goods, please email our Customer Services team at customercare@lifepharmacy.co.uk stating the items you wish to return, name and contact details, within 7 days.
We will email a returns form to you which you need to include with your item.
Package the items and return the goods to us in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Please note that opened and or used items cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly such as medicines, condoms and foods. If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch will incur an minimum administration charge of £2.50 . There will be a 15% administration charge for returning items within 7 days after receiving if you change your mind , as long the item is not used or opened.
Faulty goods would have to be thoroughly checked before issuing the refund. This may involve sending the item back to the manufacturer (i.e. electrical goods), which may take up-to 30 days. Once resolved, we will then be able to offer the refund. If the item is found not to be faulty, then we will NOT be able to offer any refund or replacement.
We recommend keeping the original packaging of the order if wanting to return the item or discuss any issues in regards to the order until further instruction is provided.
Refund of order does not include the cost of postage and packaging.
We recommend that items are returned using Recorded Delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
If you decide not to sign for the item up delivery, the order will be sent back to us which may take several days. Once we have received the item, it will be checked and we will contact you about either a re-delivery or refund but only when the item has been returned back to us.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
